Drone Roof Inspections
In some cases it may be unsafe to walk the roof. In order to get a closer look at the roof in these cases we can use a drone with a 4k camera to inspect the roof line and roofing materials to detect any potential damage or needed repairs

Thermal Imaging
The use of infrared cameras can help identify many hidden problems within a home, such as: moisture intrusion, efficiency losses, and overheating electrical. It's the closest you can get to seeing through the walls while remaining non-invasive.

Sewer Inspection
Performing a sewer scope inspection can help detect blockages, low points, intrusions, breaks, or other defects in buried drainage pipes that may not be visible during the standard non-invasive inspection.
